Nathan Neuman, age 47, President, is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations, the Commercial Law League of America, the International Lawyers Referral Directory and The National Directory of Who's Who in Executives and Professionals, 1997-2004. Since 1994, Mr. Neuman has been the President of National Judgment Investment Corp (NJIC), a debt recovery specialist, headquartered in Ambler, PA. NJIC has been profitable every year since its creation while recovering tens of millions of dollars of unpaid accounts receivable for its clients. In 1999, Mr. Neuman co-founded eDebtNetwork.com, Inc., the debt industry's first RFP service designed to match creditors with debt professionals for the purchase or collection of debt via the Internet. Mr. Neuman has from time to time presented debt collection seminars to members of the Pennsylvania Bar Association through Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses. Mr. Neuman was in private practice of law commencing in 1989 through 1993 specializing in the prosecution of securities and antitrust class action litigation. Prior to that, Mr. Neuman interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Neuman attended Drew University graduating in 1984 with a B.A. degree in History and Political Science. Brad R. Magill, age 49, Vice President, is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Magill has previously served as the Senior Vice President for a national accounts receivable finance company in which he developed sales and marketing strategies that helped the company grow from a start-up to one of the top accounts receivable finance companies in the US. In addition Mr. Magill worked with senior underwriters to analyze access and determine the value of accounts receivable. Mr. Magill brings a unique skill set and perspective to NJIC that includes collection experience, accounts receivable valuation know-how, legal prowess and financial and accounting expertise. Mr. Magill attended The George Washington University and graduated with highest honors with a BBA in accounting. Mr. Magill attended George Washington University, The National Law Center where he obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) with Honors. Mr. Magill practiced law with prestigious law firms in the District of Columbia and in Pennsylvania.
Marilyn G. Pollack, Director of Collection Services, brings over 35 years of experience in both the debt collection and business/finance fields. Marilyn has held several upper level management positions for numerous financial and banking institutions. Ms. Pollack is extremely well versed and up to date on all federal and state debt collection laws and is often sought out by collection attorneys for her expertise in advising them on the recovery of all types of outstanding accounts receivable.
